Cash Distributions
|
The Fund's policy will be to distribute approximately 95% of cash available
for distribution on an annual basis.
|
Monthly distributions will be made to Unitholders of record
as of the close of business on the last business day of each month and are
expected to be paid to Unitholders on or about the 15th day of the following
month.
Pursuant to Subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act the dividend component of Enbridge Income Fund
cash distributions would qualify as an eligible dividend. An eligible dividend paid to a Canadian resident
is entitled to the enchanced dividend tax credit.
